规则与条例

ÄNDERN代理条规：

1.新代理注册只需付款RM100加盟费（领头羊优惠）
在系统购买任何一个产品配套
加会员费就能直接成为代理
配套1 RM338/配套2 RM640/配套3 RM800

2.年龄必须18岁或以上才可以加入代理。一个身份证只能注册一次

3.禁止在Shopee/ Lazada/ 11 Street 等等电商平台上销售ÄNDERN产品

4.每一罐货物都有独⽴BARCODE， 如在市场上发现丢价BARCODE来⾃系统⾥的代理所为 ，
公司会直接永久冻结该代理⼾⼝取消奖金资格

5.每次优 惠活动期间所送出的礼品 ,由公司直接邮寄。如果代理之前已经邮寄出的货品不能再向公司索取优惠礼品。

6.. 【没有强制性每个月补货】
要获取旗下所有奖⾦资格，必须补货⼀罐以上才能激活其⼾⼝并且提领系统BONUS

7.系统会在每个⽉的最后⼀天结算BONUS，每⽉1号后7天⼯作⽇⾃动汇款到⼾⼝，不包括公共假期

8.年度奖⾦则在每年12⽉31⽇结算

✦公司属于有限公司SDN BHD，财务报表属于公司营运机密，代理⽆权查询条规与条例 。
公司有权随时更改所有条规和条例

ÄNDERN Agency Rules:

1. New agent registration only needs to pay RM50 franchise fee ( Early Bird discount)
Purchase any product package in the system
Add membership fee to become an agent directly
Package 1 RM338/ Package 2 RM640/ Package 3 RM800

2. You must be 18 years old or above to join the agency. An ID card can only be registered once

3. It is forbidden to sell ÄNDERN products on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee/ Lazada/ 11 Street

4. Each can of goods has an independent BARCODE. If the lost price is found in the market, the BARCODE comes from the agent in the system.
The company will directly and permanently freeze the agent's port to cancel the bonus qualification

5. The gifts sent during each promotion will be mailed directly by the company. If the agent has already mailed the goods before, you can no longer ask for preferential gifts from the company.

6.. 【No mandatory monthly replenishment】
To qualify for all of its bonuses, you must replenish more than one can in order to activate its heart and withdraw the system BONUS

7. The system will settle BONUS on the last day of each month, and automatically remit money to the heart 7 working days after the 1st of each month, excluding public holidays

8. The annual bonus will be settled on December 31st of each year
