通过邮寄退回您的物品。

请用安全密封的包裹退回您的物品,包括原始发货单、填妥的退货表格和退货收据

退回来的货品,公司不会承担任何运费。我们强烈建议通过有记录的送货服务(需要在收货时签名,即:Poslaju / ABX express / Gdex / Skyne)发送包裹。

退货收货地址请联购买商家获取

请确保您保留邮寄证明,以备万一我们没有收到您退回的包裹时使用。我们不承担任何责任退回的货物在运输途中丢失。

We hope you love your product. However, if there is a problem with your order from “www.andern.com.my”,

It is damaged or not the product you specified, please return it to us within 1-3 business days of receive and we will replace it. Upon receive of the returned item, we will re-ship it to you within 1-3 business days.



Our returns policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and products.

Please contact the shopper first before returning the item. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Please note that we cannot accept product that we have reason to believe has been used. In this case, we will notify you that no return will be accepted.

This policy applies only to purchases made online or with authorized dealers. If you purchased your item from another online store/shopping platform (Shopee/ Lazada/ 11 Street), please understand that each store has its own return policy.We are sorry, returns purchased at "www.andern.com.my" or anywhere other than authorized regular resellers may not be returned or exchanged at "www.andern.com.my".
Any website other than "www.andern.com.my" does not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

Return your items by post.

Please return your item in a securely sealed package including the original shipping note, completed return form and return receipt.

The company will not be responsible for any shipping costs for the returned goods. We strongly recommend sending the package via a documented delivery service (signature required upon receipt, ie: Poslaju / ABX express / Gdex / Skynet).

Please contact the purchaser to obtain the return shipping address.

Please make sure you keep proof of mailing in case we don't receive your returned package. We are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
